Following the recent floods in KZN, the design, management and maintenance of stormwater systems during and post construction has become an integral aspect of best environmental practice. Through climate change, poor stormwater management, and poor city design, incidents of flooding leading to disasters will continue to occur and with greater severity. It is therefore vital, that EAPs, ECOs, specialists and engineers are able to design stormwater systems that are equipped to handle these pressures.
